Junta Directiva

Nicole Osborn, a visionary executive and entrepreneur, currently serves as chief executive officer of Todata Analytics, leading the company's work to bridge the gap between data and decision-making. Through AI-powered analytics solutions, Todata helps leaders move from reactive management to proactive strategy, equipping organizations with the insight they need to make smarter, faster, and more effective decisions.

Before founding Todata Analytics, Osborn founded and led Meridian Clinical Research, building it into one of the most successful clinical research site networks in the country. Under her leadership, Meridian became known for its people-first culture, clinical integrity, and operational excellence. The organization's success culminated in its acquisition in 2022, reflecting Osborn's ability to scale a mission-driven business while maintaining a strong focus on culture, quality, and long-term impact.

Osborn's expertise spans clinical research operations, AI and data analytics, executive leadership, healthcare innovation, servant leadership, culture-building, philanthropy, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a talent for identifying opportunities, building high-performing teams, and developing organizations that are both strategically strong and grounded in human-centered values.

Beyond her professional work, Osborn is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She has supported causes including the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Nebraska Children's Hospital, and the Elkhorn Athletic Association. Osborn co-founded the Sam Osborn Memorial Golf Tournament, in memory of her late son Sam, which has raised more than $2 million to support children, families, adaptive athletes, and transformative community initiatives across the region.

Through the tournament, Osborn and her family also created The One Thing, an initiative focused on providing meaningful, life-changing assistance to individuals with neuromuscular diseases for needs that may not otherwise be covered. In honoring Sam's legacy, Osborn and her family also embrace the message of Live A Great Story, a brand founded and owned by family friend Zach Horvath. With his permission, the family incorporates Live A Great Story/Sam's Great Story into efforts celebrating Sam's life and encouraging others to live fully, create meaningful memories, and make a positive impact.

Across every chapter of her career, Osborn has remained focused on building and supporting organizations that create meaningful change. Her leadership reflects the belief that success is measured not only by business growth, but by the lives changed along the way.

Osborn joined the Wounded Warrior Project® board of directors in 2026.
